Occasionally sent by the MGM111 with a 1 byte payload that has a value from 0 to 2. No discernible pattern.
#### Error response payload
Payload is seen to have a value from `0` to `2`, but the meaning of the values is unknown. It seems to happen when the device has issue communicating with the meter. If you get this type of message, move the device closer to the meter.
